The best way to understand a product is to talk to the people who use it.
Question everything and ask why.
When you’re ready to create personas, here are some questions to answer:
- What are the use cases? Why are they using this product? What are their goals?
- What are their values, fears, and motivations?
- What are the pain points that you can solve for them with your product or service?
