Don’t Ever Assume You Know What Your Customers Want

The best way to understand a product is to talk to the people who use it.

Question everything and ask why.

When you’re ready to create personas, here are some questions to answer:

  1. What are the use cases? Why are they using this product? What are their goals?
  2. What are their values, fears, and motivations?
  3. What are the pain points that you can solve for them with your product or service?
